Welcome to Our Lavender Urgent Care TeleCare Page!

We now offer TeleCare video visits with our providers, allowing you to receive Urgent Care virtually without an in-person visit.

If you or someone you know is experiencing symptoms, please email your name, birth date, phone, email, and address to [email protected] to register for an appointment.

TeleCare is available Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 8 PM, and Saturday – Sunday, 8 AM – 5 PM.

Patients requiring further care will be directed to our clinic or other appropriate health resources as needed.

Most insurance companies have agreed to cover Lavender TeleCare visits for the cost of your typical copay. Please call (941) 364-4379 to verify that your insurance is accepted.
