For those with high deductible health plans, our membership offers fast, convenient care with no co-pays, deductibles, or hidden fees. With unlimited visits per month, this plan fills the gap when insurance coverage falls short.
The plan offers two coverage options: single or family membership. Members can visit our clinic as many times as needed per month for urgent care services. A 6-month minimum agreement is required.
Once your credit card is processed, your membership becomes active immediately. You’ll see your ACH debit on your next monthly credit card bill. Simply mention your membership when you check in.
